The quarter-round shape makes this cork block a versatile prop for your practice: placed under the ball of the foot or the heel, it relieves the calf and Achilles tendon in standing poses. In backbends such as cobra pose, it works well as support under the torso. Within the Iyengar tradition, the quarter block is also traditionally used therapeutically.
