A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, although this is not obligatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via our website at https://www.yogamanufaktur.de/ . If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, including details of the content of the withdrawal notice and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
General Information
- Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, together with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
- Please do not send the goods back to us carriage forward (unpaid postage).
- Please note that points 1 and 2 above are not a precondition for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
