Silk feels especially smooth and cooling – a pleasant difference from the cotton version, particularly for the delicate skin around the eyes. Placed over closed eyes, the pillow gently darkens the view and distributes an even weight through its flaxseed filling, which many find calming during savasana, yoga nidra or meditation. On request, we mix lavender flowers into the filling for an added, relaxing scent.
