I'm Andreas. I've been practising yoga since 1988 and have also been a yoga teacher since 2002. For many years, I've accompanied people on their yoga journey, and along the way I've learned just how valuable high-quality props are for a healthy, mindful practice.
How It All Began
Our shop grew out of a very simple idea: there were plenty of yoga products on the market, but hardly any that were genuinely well thought out, durable, sustainable, or made to measure. That's why yoga teacher Angelika Maurer, from Renningen near Stuttgart, started developing and sewing props herself in 2008 — first for her own classes, then for colleagues, and eventually for more and more yogis in search of real quality.
In 2019, I took over the shop from Angelika and have run it ever since in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, supported by colleagues who sew some of our products themselves.
