Simply lay it over your mat, and it does two jobs at once: it absorbs sweat before it pools on the mat, keeping you steady even during intense, sweaty practice (such as hot yoga, vinyasa or power yoga) – especially useful with PVC mats, whose grip can otherwise decrease with heavy sweating. It's also the hygienic solution when practising on a rented studio mat or when your own mat isn't with you.
