This version of the yoga chair is designed specifically for taller people: the backrest and seat are higher than on the standard model, allowing a stable, comfortable position even with longer legs. It's identical in construction to our standard Yoga Chair, just larger: it provides support for backbends, seated twists, shoulder stand and plough, as well as Viparita Karani – a classic prop in Iyengar practice.
