The yoga chair is a classic prop, originally from Iyengar yoga, and supports a wide range of asanas – from gentle backbends to supported inversions and as a seat or balance aid. Especially in restorative practice, it offers reliable support without limiting freedom of movement.

The standard-size yoga chair has a backrest height of 80 cm, a seat height of 44 cm at the front and 40 cm at the back, and a seat surface of 40 x 40 cm.
The taller version, designed for taller practitioners, offers more room with an 85 cm backrest height and a seat height of 48 cm at the front and 46 cm at the back, with the same 40 x 40 cm seat surface.
Both sizes are also available as a set with a padded backbender, which enables supported heart openers and backbends over the backrest. The backbender can also be fitted retrospectively to an existing chair. For heavier loads, we also offer a reinforcing crossbar; replacement leg caps and backrest stoppers are available separately.
